Confirmation
The final booking confirmation provided after payment is processed and the reservation is secured with the airline, including your record locator.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You will maintain the security of your account information
- You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- You understand that airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the issuing carrier
Bookings involving minors require that the person making the reservation is the parent or legal guardian of the minor. Unaccompanied minor travel may have additional requirements and restrictions.

Booking Process & Confirmations
Our booking process is designed to be transparent and efficient. When you make a reservation through ClearPath Travels, the following steps occur:
Search & Select
You search for flights and select your preferred options based on availability and pricing displayed on our website. Our team can also assist with complex itineraries.
Review & Verify
You review all booking details including dates, times, passenger names (exactly as they appear on ID), and total costs before proceeding.
Payment & Authorization
You provide payment information to complete the booking. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. All payments are processed securely.
Ticket Issuance
Once payment is processed, we issue your ticket and send your confirmation email with itinerary and airline record locator.
It is your responsibility to verify all passenger names and travel details on your confirmation. Please contact us immediately if you identify any errors, as airline change fees may apply after ticketing.
Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices displayed on ClearPath Travels include the base fare plus applicable taxes, fees, and carrier-imposed charges unless otherwise noted. Our pricing structure is transparent with no hidden fees.
Service Fees
We charge a transparent service fee for booking assistance. This fee is clearly displayed before you complete your booking and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion fees may apply based on your payment method and your financial institution.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
Price Guarantee
Prices are guaranteed once your booking is confirmed and ticketed. We are not responsible for price changes or currency fluctuations after confirmation.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and change policies vary by airline and fare type. Understanding these policies before booking is important as they determine your options and any applicable fees.
Airline Cancellation Policy
Each airline has its own cancellation rules. Some fares are non-refundable, while others allow changes for a fee. We provide fare rules before booking.
Our Service Fees
Our service fees for booking assistance are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, regardless of airline cancellation policies. This covers the work already performed.
Change Requests
We can assist with change requests, but any fees imposed by the airline plus our change assistance fee will apply. Changes must be requested before departure.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, are processed according to airline policies and timelines. We forward any refunds received from airlines to you promptly, minus any applicable service fees.
For cancellations or changes, contact us immediately. Some changes may not be possible close to departure. Airlines may charge 100% cancellation fees for no-shows.
Baggage Policies
Baggage allowances and fees are determined by the airline operating your flight. These policies can vary significantly between airlines, routes, and fare classes.
- Checked baggage allowances are specified in your confirmation and are subject to airline policies
- Carry-on size and weight restrictions vary by airline and aircraft type
- Excess baggage fees are charged directly by airlines at check-in
- Special items (sports equipment, musical instruments) may have additional fees
- Baggage policies can change without notice - verify with your airline before traveling
- Low-cost carriers may have strict baggage policies and higher fees at the airport
ClearPath Travels is not responsible for baggage fees charged by airlines at the airport. Always check your airline's current baggage policy before departure, as policies can change.
Travel Documents & Requirements
As a traveler, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documents before your trip. This includes but is not limited to:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond travel dates for international flights)
- Visas required for your destination and any transit countries
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended for all travelers)
- Health certificates or vaccination records if required
- ESTA or other electronic travel authorizations
- Parental consent letters for minors traveling without both parents
ClearPath Travels provides general guidance but does not guarantee document requirements. Check official government sources for the most current entry requirements. Denied boarding due to improper documentation is not our responsibility.
Third-Party Suppliers
ClearPath Travels acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers including airlines, consolidators, and other service providers. We do not operate flights or control airline operations.
- Airlines are solely responsible for flight operations, schedules, and onboard services
- Each supplier has its own terms and conditions that apply to your booking
- We are not liable for supplier actions, errors, omissions, or failures
- Supplier policies regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds are incorporated by reference
- Schedule changes, cancellations, and delays are handled directly by airlines under their conditions of carriage
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPath Travels and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
- Baggage loss, damage, or delay (handled by airlines under international conventions like Montreal Convention)
- Denied boarding or flight rerouting
- Injuries, illnesses, or other travel-related incidents
- Errors in information provided by airlines or third parties
- Technical issues, website interruptions, or data breaches beyond our control
- Acts of God, weather events, or government restrictions
Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid for your specific booking. We are not liable for airline-imposed fees or ticket costs.
Prohibited Activities
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent our booking systems or security measures
- Use automated systems or bots to access our website
- Resell tickets obtained through our service without authorization
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of our services
- Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
- Use our services for speculative bookings or fare abuse
Intellectual Property
