This Shipping & Delivery Policy ('Policy') outlines how we handle the delivery of physical and digital items associated with your booking.
By using our booking assistance services, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Please review it carefully before completing your reservation.
Delivery Definitions
Electronic Delivery
Digital delivery of your booking confirmation, e-tickets, invoices, and other documents to your registered email address.
Physical Delivery
Delivery of physical items such as tickets, vouchers, or other documents via postal or courier services, where applicable.
Processing Time
The time required to prepare your documents after booking confirmation, typically 1-2 business days for standard bookings.
Delivery Confirmation
Notification sent when your documents have been dispatched, including tracking information for physical shipments.

Delivery Methods & Timeframes
ClearPath Travels offers multiple delivery options to ensure you receive your travel documents in a manner that best suits your needs. Delivery timeframes begin after your booking is confirmed and payment is processed.
Standard Electronic Delivery
Instant to 2 hours after booking confirmation. Includes digital itinerary, e-tickets, and booking reference. Free of charge.
Priority Processing
Within 30 minutes for urgent bookings. Includes expedited document preparation and priority support. Additional fee applies.
Express Courier
1-3 business days for domestic addresses. Fully trackable with signature confirmation. Fees based on destination and service level.
Standard Mail
5-10 business days for domestic addresses. Available for physical documents when requested. Tracking not included.
Electronic Delivery Details
For the majority of our bookings, documents are delivered electronically. This method is fast, secure, and environmentally friendly. You will receive:
- A booking confirmation email within minutes of completing your reservation
- Your e-ticket number and airline record locator (PNR)
- A detailed itinerary with flight times, dates, and passenger information
- Baggage allowance information and fare rules summary
- Links to manage your booking directly with the airline
- Important travel advisories and pre-flight checklist

Physical Delivery
Physical delivery of travel documents is available in specific circumstances, including certain international bookings, paper visa requirements, or upon customer request. Please note that most airlines now issue electronic tickets exclusively.
- Physical documents are shipped within 1-2 business days after booking confirmation
- We ship to the address you provide during the booking process
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
- Signature may be required for delivery of certain documents
- International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing
- PO Box addresses may not be accepted for courier deliveries
ClearPath Travels is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by you, or for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
Shipping Costs & Fees
Shipping costs, when applicable, are transparently displayed before you complete your booking. These fees cover packaging, handling, and carrier charges.
Standard Electronic Delivery
Free - Included in our service fee. No additional shipping charges apply.
Priority Processing
$9.99 per booking - Expedites document preparation to 30 minutes.
Express Courier (Domestic)
$19.99 - $39.99 depending on destination and service level.
International Courier
$49.99 - $89.99 depending on destination country and service speed.
All shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched, except in cases where ClearPath Travels is at fault for non-delivery. Rush orders placed after 2 PM local time will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Delivery
For physical shipments with tracking capabilities, we provide tracking information to help you monitor your package's journey.
- Tracking numbers are sent to your email when your package ships
- You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided number
- Delivery status updates are available through the carrier's tracking system
- Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after shipment
- For international shipments, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the origin country
If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your building's mailroom. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate delivery information.
Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
In the event that a physical shipment cannot be delivered, the following procedures apply:
- The carrier will typically make up to three delivery attempts
- After failed attempts, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup
- If unclaimed, the package will be returned to ClearPath Travels
- You will be notified via email of any delivery issues
- Re-shipment requires payment of additional shipping fees
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to a restocking or handling fee
We strongly recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive packages during business hours, or using a work address or local carrier pickup point for important documents.
International Delivery
For customers outside the United States requiring physical document delivery, please be aware of the following considerations:
- International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on destination
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are your responsibility
- Some countries have restrictions on importing certain documents
- We cannot guarantee delivery to all international addresses
- International tracking may have limited visibility in some regions
ClearPath Travels is not responsible for packages delayed or seized by customs authorities. Please check with your local customs office for import regulations before requesting international physical delivery.
Digital vs. Physical Documents
Most airlines have transitioned to fully electronic ticketing systems. Understanding the difference between digital and physical documents is important for your travel planning.
Digital Documents (Standard)
Includes e-tickets, booking confirmations, and itineraries sent via email. Accepted by all major airlines. Instant delivery. No shipping fees. Environmentally friendly.
Physical Documents (Limited)
Paper tickets or vouchers for specific situations. May be required for certain charter flights or visa applications. Additional fees apply. Delivery delays possible.
Unless specifically requested and confirmed, all bookings will default to electronic document delivery. Physical documents are not available for all bookings and may incur additional airline fees.
Reporting Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your document delivery, please contact our support team promptly. Time is often critical for travel arrangements.
- For electronic delivery: Contact us if you haven't received confirmation within 2 hours of booking
- For physical delivery: Allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting an issue
- Please have your booking reference number ready when contacting support
- We will investigate and resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible
For last-minute bookings (within 72 hours of departure), we strongly recommend electronic delivery to ensure you have your travel documents before your flight. We cannot guarantee physical delivery for urgent bookings.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery of your travel documents, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current contact and shipping information
- Monitor your email (including spam/junk folders) for delivery notifications
- Ensure someone is available to receive physical deliveries at the provided address
- Notify us immediately of any address changes after booking
- Keep your booking reference and tracking numbers for reference
- Contact the carrier directly for detailed delivery status inquiries
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delayed or failed delivery. ClearPath Travels is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Refunds for Shipping
Shipping and processing fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- We fail to ship your documents within the stated processing time
- Your package is lost entirely due to carrier error (not just delayed)
- We shipped to an incorrect address due to our error
- You cancel your booking before documents are dispatched
Refunds for shipping are limited to the shipping fees paid. We do not refund service fees or airline ticket costs as part of shipping refunds. Disputes regarding shipping must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
